Thrombotargets has developed and adapted to High Throughput Screening, a new family of biological assays capable to quantify simultaneously clot formation and clot lysis (HemostaScreen), total antioxidant capacity (OxidantScreen) and low-density lipoprotein modification (AtheroScreen). With these proven proprietary new HTS Platforms ( ), Thrombotargets is creating a continuously novel and promising pipeline of drug candidates.

New biotech drug for deep vein thrombosis symptoms. TT-105 is a monoclonal antibody that shows high potency, good selectivity and demonstrates high efficacy in ex-vivo human experiments and in several in vivo animal models.
The hemophiliacs have serious problems with day to day living and in a simple dental extraction or in any minor trauma causing a bleeding wound they have no medical treatment available to improve their quality of life. Overall results demonstrate that TT-103 (at a total dose of 1.2 µg/ml) will be very effective to treat bleeding episodes in hemophilic patients, even when a lethal hemorrhage is present.
New hemophiliac medication: TT-103MH. All the studies have confirmed that TT-103MH is projected like the only approach to treat topical bleeding episodes in hemophiliacs' patients, even when a lethal hemorrhage is present.
The topical antihemorrhage drug TT-103MH will arrive at clinical phase I at the beginning of 2008. It's a human recombinant protein for bleeding treatment in healthy subjects, hemophilia A, B, and C, factor VII deficiency, Von Willebrand disease, congenital platelet disorders and hemorrhages induced by anticoagulant and antiplatelet therapies.
