The novel and most revolutionary hemostatic agents. Thrombotargets has developed the TT-103MH, the human recombinant antibleeding protein that has been designed to treat all kind of bleeding disorders
Biotechnology's innovation. Latest discover of recombinant human protein with procoagulant factors to stop bleeding, topically. The TT-103MH is being developed by Thrombotargets and will arrive at clinical phase at beginning of 2008.
In ex-vivo human studies using non-anticoagulated blood TT-103MH is able to reduce blood coagulation time in healthy subjects and Haemophilic patients up to 95% (4.5 ± 0.5 minutes to 0.2 ± 0.03 minutes) and 90% (18 ± 1.2 minutes to 1.8 ± 0.3 minutes), respectively. The same potent procoagulant effects were observed in heparinized plasmas and from patients with coagulation factor deficiencies (Factor V, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, and XII).
We are developing the first antihemorrhagic drug useful for treating topically all kinds of bleeding. The most advanced drug candidate, TT-103MH, is a proprietary targeted antihemorrhagic human recombinant protein that induces a fast, efficient and stable blood coagulation.
