The topical antihemorrhage drug TT-103MH will arrive at clinical phase I at the beginning of 2008. It's a human recombinant protein for bleeding treatment in healthy subjects, hemophilia A, B, and C, factor VII deficiency, Von Willebrand disease, congenital platelet disorders and hemorrhages induced by anticoagulant and antiplatelet therapies.
The potent hemostatic effects of TT-103MH have also been observed in samples from patients with congenital platelet disorders, such as the Bernard-Soulier Syndrome and Glanzmann's Disease.
