Haemophiliacs

The hemophiliacs have serious problems with day to day living and in a simple dental extraction or in any minor trauma causing a bleeding wound they have no medical treatment available to improve their quality of life. Overall results demonstrate that TT-103 (at a total dose of 1.2 µg/ml) will be very effective to treat bleeding episodes in hemophilic patients, even when a lethal hemorrhage is present. 

TT-103MH is a proprietary targeted antihemorrhagic human recombinant protein that induces a fast, efficient and stable blood coagulation.

Our pipeline is comprised of innovative drug candidates in the fields of Hemostasis and Thrombosis. Some of these compounds, as our recently Orphan Drug Designated TT-103MH topical antihemorrhagic recombinant protein, are available for licensing out. We also have new anticoagulants, antifibrinolytics, antiplatelet agents, and are working on innovative gene therapies for the treatment of coagulation disorders (Hemophilia, von Willebrand disease, etc).
